We are looking for Managers with at least 2 years restaurant management experience, BOH experience preferred, who value team building and maintaining high standards of service and food quality within our daily operations. We expect our Managers to work with a hands on management style with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, expectations are listed below.

However we understand that without good leadership none of this would be possible and now we're looking to add to our already experienced management team.
Some of the Management Responsibilities are listed below:
- Understanding of POS systems and ability to troubleshoot as well as understanding of back office work.
- Lead shifts of employees including hiring, training, and food safety development.
- Ensure great customer experience including, guest service, food safety, quality control, restaurant cleanliness, and troubleshooting.
- Opening and closing of restaurant and maintaining consistency of all opening and closing duties performed by employees.
- Team Building and Employee Development
- Cash handling and scheduling
Expectations:
- Expected to be flexible with schedule in case you are needed
- Able to work morning or evening shifts if needed
- At least 18 years of age and have high school diploma or GED
- Restaurant and Management experience required
