Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Outlet Manager to join our Food & Beverage team! Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef and Director of Operation in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support staff management through employee orientation, training, and development initiatives
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer inquiries promptly
- Manage inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Handle scheduling and payroll processing, cash handling and POS transactions.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal stock levels
- Supervise employees during shifts, monitor daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication skills and team management techniques
Experience
- Proven experience in Food and Beverage management or assistant manager roles within a grocery store or similar hotel or restaurant environment
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team management and employee development
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, POS systems and cashiering
- Experience with scheduling, sales management and merchandising.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, payroll processing, administrative tasks is preferred.
- Familiarity with a hotel union staff environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
