We are seeking a go-to, autonomous clinician who is deeply passionate about early childhood and adolescent mental health populations to anchor our next phase of expanding high-quality care in the region. What We Are Looking For
- Credentialed Professional: Bachelor's in Music Therapy with current MT-BC certification (Required).
- Experience: Exceptional music skills (voice, guitar, piano, percussion) with a minimum of two years of post-certification clinical experience preferred.
- Independent Workflow: Reliability to ensure accurate and timely submission of weekly documentation and sessions completed.
- Population Passion: Proven experience or deep training in early childhood settings and adolescent mental health frameworks.
- Mobility: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to navigate regional sessions.
- Credentials: Ability to pass a background check/drug screening, and ability to secure liability insurance and CPR certification before start date.
What You'll Do
- Jefferson County One-on-Ones: Conduct focused, high-quality individual sessions directly from our dedicated office in Crystal City.
- St. Louis Area In-Home Sessions: Travel to provide personalized, client-centered music therapy directly in the homes of clients across the St. Louis area.
- School-Based Services: Deliver evidence-based interventions directly within schools, daycares, and preschools to support early childhood development in the St. Louis and Jefferson County areas.
- Community Group Sessions: Travel to established partner locations across the St. Louis area and into Jefferson County to facilitate therapeutic groups.
- Seamless Administration: Manage your calendar independently and submit precise session documentation and timely invoices via our streamlined systems.
- Schedule Autonomy & Ownership: Act as your clients' primary point of contact from day one, tracking their progress to ensure they receive the exact frequency of care they need. You will manage your own calendar, giving you the total freedom to cluster your sessions geographically and build a weekly driving schedule that makes the most sense for you.
Hours & Compensation
- Competitive Pay: $45/hour - $55/hour based on experience.
- Starting Hours: 5 to 10 hours per week to start, with rapid growth built right in as you absorb our stream of incoming clients.
- Paid Collaborative Time: Recurring paid team meetings and case consultations.
- Mileage Stipend: Earn up to $250/month for travel.
