We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic server. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a nightclub setting. As a server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing timely and courteous service, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and beverages efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Provide recommendations to guests regarding menu items and upsell specials when appropriate.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server role, preferably in a nightclub or high-energy environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is essential; culinary experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is required.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
