What You'll Do
Working alongside Dr. Hull, you'll help oversee the clinical patient experience by:
- Performing comprehensive new patient examinations (within your applicable scope of practice and credentials)
- Collecting patient histories and documenting findings
- Assisting with orthopedic and neurological evaluations
- Assisting on personal injury related cases
- Taking and processing digital X-rays
- Preparing patients for treatment
- Reviewing progress evaluations
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and SOAP notes
- Coordinating treatment plans with the doctor and Patient Success Manager
- Educating patients on their care journey
- Helping improve clinical systems and workflow
- Supporting an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
As our practice grows, this role has the opportunity to expand into leadership and operational responsibilities for the clinical team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant (CCPA) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Experience in chiropractic, orthopedics, sports medicine, rehabilitation, physical medicine, family medicine, or functional medicine is preferred
- Digital X-ray experience or willingness to obtain required certifications
- Experience with EHR systems (ChiroTouch experience is a plus)
- Strong documentation skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Experience with personal injury medical cases is a bonus

Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR systems including ChiroTouch is a bonus
- Experience with SOAP notes and documentation of patient records
- Knowledge of CPT coding for billing purposes is a bonus
- Hands-on experience working with patients
Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour
