Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Pool Repair Technician to join our team part time to start. We are getting busy and need a repair tech who can multi-task with repairs from prospective and current customers to help us stay caught up.
- This is a 1099 salary plus repair commision job
- Previous experience in ALL types of pool repairs, including electrical, plumbing, control systems etc.
- Use your own truck
- Proper tools to do repairs
- Be able to diagnose repairs properly
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current customers

Responsibilities:
- Inspection and Repair of pool equipment (Filters, Pumps, Heaters, Lights, Control Systems, etc).
- Address customer inquiries promptly and provide top-notch customer service.
- Maintain accurate records on our skimmer app and customer interactions.
Skills:
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to provide quotes (both for service and repairs)
- Proficiency in pool equipment troubleshooting and repairs .
- Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Attention to details
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities.
