Job Overview
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team at Telos!
Summary of Job Functions:
- Saturday and Sunday shifts - 5 hours to 24 hours a weekend
- Responsibilities:
- Work one on one with an Individual while out in the community
- Working on ISP specific goals
- Encouraging Individual to participate in activities and/or ISP specific goals
- Assisting with medications daily
- Assisting with Personal Care for individuals who are in need
- Lifting
- Changing
- Completing daily Progress Notes and Goal Tracking in iTherapy
- Completing any Health and/or Therapy tracking when applicable
- Completing the shift duty checklist daily as assigned
- Attend all Therapy Trainings and DDSD state trainings when scheduled
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
