New England Trading Company is a fast-growing Maine lifestyle brand shipping handcrafted, elevated coastal goods nationwide. From our warehouse in Wells, every order that leaves our doors reflects our standards and our reputation.
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Associate who takes pride in doing things right. This shift is onsite and scheduled for days, Monday - Friday.
This role includes structured, process-driven work, with increased volume during peak seasons. It is physical and active, and well-suited to someone who enjoys steady movement and clear expectations.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive inventory and maintain precise counts and locations
- Lift and move inventory up to 50 lbs
- Use computer systems and spreadsheets to process orders and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Work independently while staying aligned with team priorities
