Production Worker
Objective
To perform manual assembly and machine operation work on electronic products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while meeting production standards, schedules and quality requirements. This may include working with various hand tools and equipment.
Experience
- 1+ Years of experience (preferred) working in a manufacturing environment
- Manual dexterity, ability to use hand tools
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Responsibility
- Comply with company policies
- Participate in continuous improvement and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- OSHA and safety compliance
- Maintain acceptable attendance. Be punctual and reliable
- Ensure quality and workmanship, inspecting work performed during and/or after operation
- Read, learn and follow applicable quality management system procedures and work instructions
- Work in other areas of manufacturing or perform other duties as requested by department leadership/management
Compensation and Shift
$17/hr on 1st Shift (6-2:30 + overtime)
$18/hr on 2nd Shift (2:30-11 + overtime)
*New employees are eligible for variable quarterly profit bonuses
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
