As a Registered Nurse in the Rehab specialty, you will play a vital role in assessing and addressing the mental, physical, and spiritual needs of your patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Your ability to use clinical judgment and communicate effectively will contribute to a positive and healthy workplace environment.
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons
- Use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition
- Contribute to a healthy workplace environment through professional communication
- Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care
- Participate in continuing education
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS Card
- Need 1 year experience in setting
