What you need to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude, great communication skills, and able to work independently
- Solid personal character with empathetic personality
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have two professional references
- Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands with client

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes or community settings.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient health and progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment while performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
