Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
- Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and siding tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
- Execute concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, roofing, and waterproofing to meet project specifications.
- Conduct restoration projects including water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, mold remediation, and general renovation tasks.
- Install fixtures such as doors, cabinetry, flooring, tiles, and electrical components while adhering to safety standards.
- Assist with construction estimating and material fabrication to optimize project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by managing heavy lifting tasks and ensuring proper storage of tools and materials.
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication techniques.
- Strong background in framing carpentry—including metal stud framing—and trim carpentry.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, roofing, siding, drywall installation (including plastering), and tile laying.
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and general remodeling projects.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
- Familiarity with schematics for fixture installation and metal stud framing; experience with CNC for custom fabrication is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of construction site safety protocols along with experience working on diverse construction sites or restoration projects.

Pay: $30.90 - $55.00 per hour
