Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Professional House Cleaner, Housekeeper, or Maid to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning and housekeeping services to residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces (MUST HAVE OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES).
- Must have personal vehicle with driver's license and insurance.
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as floor care, sanitation, and laundry services to meet client standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas.
- Manage household chores efficiently while respecting client preferences and schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle janitorial and custodial tasks with attention to detail to uphold hygiene standards in all areas.
- Assist with housekeeping management duties when needed, including organizing supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Experience
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
- Experience in laundry services and general custodial work is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of customer service principles to ensure a positive client interaction.
- Prior janitorial or hotel housekeeping experience that demonstrates reliability and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
