Job Description
Alpine Basin Management is a short and long term rental management company focused on giving our owners and guests the best possible experience. We are looking for an experienced property manager who’s responsible for the oversight of all operational and some financial aspects of the day-to-day operation of short term rentals. Our company is fast growing and adding additional units every month. The property manager is full time with flexible hours depending on customer schedules. Some work may be completed from home or office.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in property management of short-term rentals is preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Ability to work independently to complete goals
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, organized and effective manner
· Strong time management skills
Must be located in Red Lodge, MT or ability to relocate
Must be able to work some hours at night or weekends
Responsibilities
· Provide a high level of customer service and connect with homeowners and guests
· Communicating with homeowners and guests on a regular basis
· Working with cleaning company to manage schedules of check ins and outs
· Working with accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
· Ability to use multiple software programs and platforms such as Hostaway, Aribnb, VRBO, Stripe, Microsoft Word and Excel
· Communicate with owners during the onboarding process, assist in filling out paperwork correctly and ensure contracts are signed and completed in a timely manner
· Manage and maintain inventory
· Overseeing check ins and check outs and ensuring the owners home is left how it was rented
· Communicating with guests on check in/out times and other various questions they may have
· Complete reviews of guests on Airbnb
· Regularly check homes to ensure there are no maintenance issues
Compensation
· Total compensation is dependent on experience and will include a base salary plus year-end bonus based on performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
