Do you love helping people feel confident and beautiful? Wedding Whispers Bridal is looking for a friendly, dependable team member to assist brides in finding their dream dress while providing an exceptional boutique experience.
Position Details
Part-Time
- Primarily Sundays
- Some Saturdays as needed
- Additional hours may be available for special events and bridal expos
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist brides and their guests
- Help brides try on gowns and provide styling recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting boutique
- Answer customer questions in person, by phone, and through social media
- Process sales and assist with appointments
- Create and post social media content when the store is slow
- Assist with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other social platforms
- Capture photos and videos of dresses, displays, and boutique activities
Requirements
✔ Retail sales or customer service experience required
✔ Comfortable speaking with customers and working independently
✔ Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
✔ Basic social media knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
✔ Positive attitude and professional appearance
✔ Ability to lift and move wedding gowns
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Ideal Candidate
You enjoy talking with people, love social media, have an eye for fashion, and can stay productive during slower periods by creating content and engaging online.
Compensation
- Hourly pay plus commission
- Performance bonuses available after 90 days
