Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments. The Recruiter will utilize advanced HRIS systems, social media platforms, and sourcing techniques to identify the best candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, and other ATS tools.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through HR sourcing, social media management, cold calling, and research to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, conducting assessments, and facilitating offer negotiations with negotiation skills.
- Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events, executive recruiting efforts, and internal recruiting initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on employment & labor law compliance.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during all recruitment activities.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, Paychex, and Workday for data management and reporting purposes.
- Manage candidate relationships through relationship management techniques and lead generation strategies to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Support training & development initiatives related to recruiting best practices and HR policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or internal recruiting roles.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems including iCIMS, PeopleSoft, Workday, Taleo, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, Paychex.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, employee relations, contracts management, and employment law compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Salesforce or similar platforms like HRIS tools (HRIS).
- Experience in leveraging Lead generation techniques for talent sourcing and succession planning strategies.
- Knowledge of HR functions including employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, HR training & development programs. Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
