Job DescriptionTherapy Flow is seeking an Account Manager (Practice Success Manager) to own the end-to-end success of our clients across our CRM, Advertising, SEO, coaching, and web service lines. This role exists to ensure clients achieve real business outcomes — more leads, better systems, and predictable growth — while feeling deeply supported and guided throughout their journey with Therapy Flow.A successful PSM is equal parts strategist, consultant, educator, and relationship builder. You’ll help successful clients scale even further, struggling clients course-correct, and all clients stay bought in by confidently recommending the right next products and services.This is a highly relational, advisory, and performance-driven role: you are the person clients trust, follow, and renew with.
Responsibilities1. Client Success Management (High-Performing Clients)
- Lead proactive success calls and strategy reviews for clients who are at or above KPI.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend next steps (SEO, additional locations, scaling ads, CRM upgrades, etc.).
- Celebrate wins, reinforce what is working, and deepen buy-in on Therapy Flow’s systems.
- Ensure deliverables across Ads, Web, SEO, and CRM are being executed according to plan.
2. Turnaround Management (Struggling Clients)
- Diagnose root issues in client performance: lead volume, quality, follow-up gaps, operations, sales process, offer clarity, website, or tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
- Coach clients on best practices, mindset, follow-up systems, and intake workflows to improve outcomes.
- Reset expectations, regain trust, and create simple turnaround plans that get clients back into momentum.
3. Advisory-Based Sales (Upsells, Renewals, & Re-enrollment)
- Identify opportunities where clients would benefit from additional locations, niches, increased ad spend, Full SEO, CRM development, or coaching upgrades.
- Lead renewal discussions using data, clear recommendations, and value-based framing.
- Re-enroll clients who have paused or failed by creating a compelling plan for their next stage.
- Maintain revenue retention and expansion KPIs by driving client commitment and long-term partnership.
4. Communication & Relationship Ownership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your book of clients.
- Provide clear, timely, value-driven communication that clients trust.
- Send progress updates, deliver audit insights, and record client wins and risks.
- Maintain strong relationships while holding clients accountable to the work.
5. Internal Coordination & Quality Assurance
- Communicate client needs clearly to Ads, SEO, Web, CRM, and Support teams.
- Review deliverables before presenting them to clients to ensure quality and alignment.
- Surface client risks early and collaborate with leadership on retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate notes and task workflows in ClickUp.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 4+ years in account management, client success, consulting, or coaching (preferably in marketing, SaaS, or agency environments).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (Google Ads, SEO, lead funnels, website basics, CRM workflows).
- Ability to diagnose performance trends using data and client feedback, and advise direction live on calls.
- Collaborate with delivery team members to get clients what they need and our team what it needs.
- Excellent communication — written, verbal, and consultative.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to influence client behavior without force.
- Experience managing 80+ clients simultaneously while delivering WOW through service.
- Ability to create simple plans from complex problems.
- High personal standards, ownership mentality, and bias toward action.
- Full time account managers at Therapy Flow handle ~80 service clients and ~100 CRM clients.
