Responsibilities
- Provide strategic planning and organizational leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional nursing services aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage the nursing department’s budget, resources, and staffing to optimize efficiency while maintaining high standards of care.
- Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards to uphold legal and ethical practices.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional development through ongoing training, performance evaluations, and personnel management in education.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop policies that enhance patient care quality, safety protocols, and operational workflows.
- Lead efforts in instructional leadership in education by promoting best practices in clinical teaching and staff development.
- Oversee staff supervision, team management, and personnel management in education to cultivate a motivated, skilled workforce committed to excellence.
- Drive organizational initiatives focused on continuous improvement, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement through effective team leadership.
Experience
- Proven experience in education administration within healthcare or academic settings with a focus on nursing or clinical instruction.
- Extensive management background including school administrative director experience or equivalent roles overseeing large teams in complex environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational budget management within healthcare or educational institutions.
- Strong knowledge of state-specific education laws related to healthcare training programs and licensure requirements.
- Leadership experience in academic or healthcare settings emphasizing instructional leadership, staff supervision, and team management.
- University experience or similar higher education background preferred for understanding advanced educational frameworks.
- Exceptional skills in personnel management in education combined with a passion for teaching, leadership, and organizational development.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
