As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, present tailored coverage options, and manage ongoing relationships. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship designed to help you develop into a high-level performer within the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with clients to evaluate their health and life coverage needs
- Present and explain coverage options in a clear and professional manner
- Guide clients through the enrollment process step-by-step
- Maintain and follow up with client accounts
- Build long-term relationships based on trust and results
