About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our production team, where you will play a vital role in crafting high-precision components for advanced aerospace applications. You will leverage your expertise in CNC programming and machine operation to ensure our manufacturing output consistently meets rigorous engineering standards.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operate multi-axis CNC lathes and mills to transform raw materials into finished parts.

Optimize production workflows by performing precise machine changeovers and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.

Interpret intricate blueprints and technical schematics to ensure every component aligns with exact design specifications.

Utilize advanced measuring tools to conduct thorough quality inspections, guaranteeing that all parts meet strict tolerance requirements.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and enhance overall machining efficiency.

Maintain a high-standard, safe, and organized workspace that adheres to industry best practices and safety protocols.

Demonstrated experience operating CNC milling and turning equipment in a production environment.

Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and G-code.

Expertise in using precision measurement instruments, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Solid understanding of CNC tooling, machine setup, and material properties.

Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
