The Role
We're looking for an SDR to own the top of our creator acquisition funnel. You'll be the first touchpoint for prospective talent — researching, reaching out, qualifying, and booking calls that actually convert. This isn't a spray-and-pray role. It takes creativity, intention, and a focus on quality conversations with the right creators.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify creator prospects across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and others)
- Execute outbound outreach via DM, email, and cold call
- Set up high-quality discovery calls for the management team — your job isn't just to get a "yes," it's to make sure the right creators show up prepared, excited, and qualified
- Take calls when needed and represent Moxy with confidence and professionalism
- Qualify inbound leads and move warm prospects through the pipeline
- Maintain clean, up-to-date records in our CRM
- Iterate on messaging based on what's working and share insights with the team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience at a social media agency, talent agency, influencer marketing agency, or OFM — strongly preferred
- You live on social media and understand how creators think, what they want, and what a good deal looks like to them
- Strong communicator on the phone and in writing — you sound like a person, not a script
- You know how to set an appointment that sticks: right fit, right expectations, right energy going in
- Comfortable with cold outreach and not deterred by low response rates
- Can speak to the creator economy — platforms, revenue models, growth dynamics
- Organized and consistent with follow-up; you don't let warm leads go cold
- Can give real examples of outreach that worked and calls that converted
