Manager of Accounts Receivable
The Accounts Receivable Manager oversees the full accounts receivable function, including billing, collections, cash application, and AR reporting. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely receivables processes, supporting healthy cash flow, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing and collection issues. The position plays a key role in strengthening AR controls, improving efficiency, and supporting overall financial performance.
Oversee billing, collections, and cash application processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Care, and external collections teams to resolve billing issues and support timely collections.
Develop, document, and maintain accounts receivable policies, procedures, and controls.
Qualifications and Requirements
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounts receivable best practices, including billing, collections, and cash application processes.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $120,000 and $125,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
