Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership offering a wide range of recreational vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Service Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our service customers.
Responsibilities:
Primary duties include:

Greet customers in a welcoming and courteous manner.

Answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments.

Providing information and answering inquiries about our RV models, pricing, and services.

Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

Processing updates at the computer and accepting deliveries.
-
Collecting and distributing mail and packages.
-
Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the service desk area.

Assist other departments with various tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, **Excel, Outlook).

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
