Job Summary
We are seeking talented and successful Hair Stylists who want to grow. The ideal candidates will have many years experience in cutting, color and styling, with the proven ability to retain guests through professionalism and customer service. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and consultation to all clients. Your expertise in various techniques will be essential in developing a strong customer base.
Duties
- Perform haircuts, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences.
- Consult with guests about product and hair styles and maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations .
- Retain client relationships through excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment for at least 3 years.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience with hair extensions and Aveda retail is an advantage.
We are the biggest (and usually rated the best salons) and you will be a commissioned employee. Our top stylists earn over $100 an hour plus tips and we need stylists who are driven to be the best.
You won't be able to cheat on your taxes, but you only need to work when making money with the clients. You can also charge top dollar making it easier to grow. And because of our size, we provide continued education.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $110.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
