East Texas BeanCounters Longview is looking for a part-time bookkeeper to support our professional team.
Responsibilities
· Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan statements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
· Complete assigned work accurately and meet established deadlines.
Qualifications
· At least five years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
· Strong knowledge of payroll processing.
· Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
· Excellent organization, efficiency, attention to detail, and professional ethics.
Schedule
This part-time role is approximately 20 hours per week, with some flexibility during regular business hours. Compensation depends on experience. Email resumes to [email protected].
