B and L Deep Energy Retrofit L.L.C.
We specializes in deep energy retrofitting we remodel one home per year we work from spring to fall. We are looking for full time employees to work with us from July into November. No experience or education is required, We do carpool to the worksite. Starting pay is 20 dollars an hour we are willing to discuss pay
We do work on the entire home this includes. Framing, Roofing, Siding, Drywall,Painting,Deck building, Flooring, Air Sealing, Installing windows and doors along with finish carpentry
Task you may have
- Demo work includes removal of siding, roofing, cinder blocks, stone
- keeping worksite tidy
- using power tools
- using air tools
- using hand tools
- framing walls
- roof framing
- working with drywall and plaster
- lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds and potentially over 50 pounds
- working on a roof
- working off of scaffolding and ladders
- installing siding
- installing windows and doors
Once again we do not require any experience or education in this field. We will teach you every thing we need you to know. All we ask is you bring yourself and some form of safety footwear. We will provide all of the tools you will need and safety gear outside of footwear
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
