Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant who fits our aesthetics culture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional high-end patient care. This role includes both clinical and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and a premium patient experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and prepare patients for procedures and consultations
- Take and record vital signs and medical history
- Assist medical providers during aesthetic treatments and procedures
- Sterilize and maintain equipment and treatment rooms
- Schedule appointments and manage patient intake
- Accurately document patient information in EMR system
- Assist patients about treatments and aftercare instructions
- Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
- Support front desk operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant training program (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or aesthetics setting preferred
- Phlebotomy mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and interaction with clients
- Proficient in basic computer systems and EMR software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment autonomously
- Professional appearance appropriate to aesthetics and positive attitude
