Mattioli Automotive Group (Ferrari Beverly Hills; Ferrari Pasadena; Ferrari Westlake; Ferrari Los Angeles) is seeking an outgoing and relationship-driven Marketing Manager to help introduce and establish the Ferrari brand within the Pasadena community. The new Pasadena dealership is opening soon, and this role will play a vital part in building brand visibility in the local community.
The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Marketing Director and serve as a key representative of Ferrari Pasadena throughout the surrounding region, helping develop relationships within the community and identifying opportunities to expand the brand’s reach to new audiences.
This individual must be comfortable attending events independently, making introductions, and building relationships that strengthen the dealership’s presence. As part of the Mattioli Automotive Group Marketing team, you will collaborate with Marketing Managers across the group while also partnering with the Sales Team to support outreach efforts and bring new prospects into the Ferrari Pasadena network.
This role will be based primarily in Pasadena, with the ability and requirement to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a local ambassador for Ferrari Pasadena, helping introduce the dealership to the Pasadena community.

Identify and attend local networking events, community gatherings, and business functions to represent the dealership and build relationships.

Identify opportunities for local partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that increase brand awareness.

Support the planning and execution of events, community activations, and dealership experiences.

Work closely with the Mattioli Automotive Group Marketing Team to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Manage and maintain Ferrari Pasadena’s social media accounts, including capturing content, posting updates, and highlighting local events and community engagement.

Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify outreach opportunities and connect with prospective clients.

Assist with coordinating marketing activities that introduce new audiences to the Ferrari brand.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, public relations, community relations, or event marketing.-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.
- Residence in, or strong ties to, the Pasadena, San Marino, or surrounding San Gabriel Valley communities preferred.
