JOB TITLE: Asset Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Office Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
The Asset Coordinator is the core of auction operations. They document auction items to prepare for sale and work on-site after the sale to ensure both sellers and buyers have a positive experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of farm/heavy equipment is helpful
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Organizing and tagging items for sale
- Taking photos and uploading to auction management website
- Creating accurate and detailed descriptions of items for sale
- Help customers locate their purchases
- Assist in loading and unloading of auction items during pick-up
- Act as cashier at off-site pick-up
- Be visible during an open house, providing service to customers as needed

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT
- Regularly outdoors in all weather conditions
- Regular walking, standing, stooping, crouching for long periods of time

- Work near moving mechanical parts, loud noise, explosives, and hazardous materials
