Outreach Management Services is looking for an experienced Licensed or Associate Licensed Mental Health Professional Team Leader for our Intensive In-Home (IIH) program. In this vital role, you’ll supervise and inspire a team delivering high-quality, comprehensive mental health services to children and families in their homes and communities. You’ll be at the forefront of providing:
- Child and Family Counseling: Guiding families toward healthier dynamics.
- Crisis Management: Providing immediate support during challenging times.
- Intensive Case Management: Coordinating holistic care and resources.
- Individual and/or Family Therapy: Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including psychotherapy.
- Substance Use Intervention: Offering crucial support for substance use challenges
- Skills Training & Rehabilitative Supports: Empowering individuals with life-changing coping and social skills. You’ll be instrumental in developing and continuously refining
- Individualized Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), ensuring our services are tailored to each client’s unique needs. Leveraging your expertise in **behavioral therapy and patient assessment, you’ll apply advanced psychotherapy skills to foster healing and growth.
- Comprehensive Clinical Assessments
Compliance and quality are key: You’ll ensure strict adherence to **HIPAA regulations** and maintain meticulous medical documentation, safeguarding client privacy and promoting best practices. By fostering a supportive and effective team environment, you’ll directly enhance patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of those facing mental health challenges.
