Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and Lotus and Redbull Energy drinks
- Operate Square POS to process transactions
- Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience
- Handle cashiering responsibilities including cash handling, basic math calculations, and transaction accuracy
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
Skills and Qualifications
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Prior experience as a Barista or in the food service industry with strong coffee knowledge
- Familiarity with Square
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining independence when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
