Alliance Health at Doolittle is a multi-level facility with a 23-bed residential care unit and a nine-bed nursing unit which offers an around-the-clock staff of licensed/registered nurses and certified nursing assistants. We are a private pay facility & follow the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
We are looking for a reliable RN or LPN:
- 11p-7a shift- per diem includes one weekend a month
Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team at Alliance Health and Human Services. In this role, you will provide essential patient care in our nursing facility, ensuring that elders receive the compassionate support they need to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Supervise nursing assistants and monitor care provided.
- Assist in the development of individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current LPN/RN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in senior care nursing preferred.
- Strong case management skills to coordinate patient services effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
