In search of a Dental Assistant to join our growing family practice! Our office is a warm and welcoming space with one doctor and two hygiene rooms. The atmosphere is light, personable, and friendly. Our focus is providing high quality care in an environment patients can trust. We believe in a team approach where all employees are ready and willing to help their fellow colleagues. This position involves both direct chair-side assisting with the doctor as well as float responsibilities.
Desired Applicant Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
-Completed training in an accredited dental assisting program
- Comfortable working with patients of all ages

Work Responsibilities:
- Follow strict HIPAA/OSHA guidelines
- Able to use basic functions of Dentrix Dental Software
- Take digital xrays
- Four handed dentistry with the dentist. Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
- As a Float: operatory turnover, sterilization, assisting the hygienists as needed, keeping the rooms stocked with supplies, basic office cleaning
-On-site training will be provided regardless of experience level
Required Active Licenses:
- Xray Certified
- CPR Certified
Job Specifics:
- Four days a week (Mon - Thurs)
- Hours: 7am-5pm (patient care 7:30am-4:30pm)

Pay: From $22-29 per hour based on experience
