Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, professional, and reliable Valet Attendants to join our growing team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will provide premium service across a variety of elite environments, including luxury hotels, high-stakes casinos, private gala events, fast-paced healthcare facilities, and luxurious private residences
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Excellence: Warmly greet guests, open doors, and provide directions or assistance with luggage and wheelchairs.
- Vehicle Handling: Safely park and retrieve a wide range of vehicles (including luxury sedans, SUVs, and manual transmissions) in tight or high-volume environments.
- Inspections: Conduct quick visual inspections of vehicles for pre-existing damage and document them accurately.
- Security: Manage key organization and vehicle security protocols to ensure guest property is always protected.
- Adaptability: Shift gears between the high-energy environment of a casino/event and the compassionate, sensitive environment of a hospital.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Driver’s License: Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Experience: Ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick-shift) transmissions is highly preferred.(Stick-shift and prior valet experience required for supervisors)
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods in various weather conditions.(lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to remain calm and smiling during high-pressure rushes.
- Professionalism: Well-groomed appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred for some casino/insurance requirements).
Salary range
- $18 - $22 per hour + Tips
