Shift Incentives
- $1.00/hour Weekend Shift Differential for all hours worked.
- 4 Additional Paid Hours each week when you arrive on time and work all of your scheduled shifts.

What You'll Do
- Lay down clean, consistent MIG welds on custom trailer components.
- Operate welding equipment, plasma cutters, and overhead cranes safely.
- Read build sheets and measurements with precision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Inspect your work—we don't cut corners, and neither should you.

- ccurate measurement is critical in this role. Because of this, candidates are tested on their ability to read a tape measure before the weld test. Can you read a tape measure to the 1/16-inch with precision?
