Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of programs that support individuals with varying abilities.
- Develop lesson plans and deliver instruction.
- Foster relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide leadership in program development initiatives to enhance service offerings.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lesson planning.
- Experience working with individuals who have varied learning styles.
- Experience with developing learning centers to reinforce concepts.
- Excellent relationship management skills, capable of building rapport with diverse groups.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.87 - $23.80 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
