Stretch Therapist (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Pay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities

Are you passionate about health, movement, and helping people improve their quality of life? StretchMed® is looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Certified Stretch Therapists.
Whether you're an experienced movement professional or just beginning your career, we'll provide comprehensive paid training in our proprietary stretching techniques and certify you as a StretchMed® Certified Stretch Therapist (CST™). No previous assisted stretching experience is required.

What You'll Do
As a Stretch Therapist, you'll play an important role in helping clients achieve their wellness goals while creating an exceptional studio experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client's goals and needs.
- Perform mobility assessments and introductory stretch sessions.
- Educate clients on mobility, flexibility, recovery, and the benefits of consistent stretching.
- Build strong relationships by providing an outstanding client experience every visit.
- Document client progress and session notes accurately.
- Recommend appropriate memberships or additional sessions when beneficial.
- Assist clients with scheduling future appointments and maintaining treatment consistency.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to encourage continued care.
- Answer phones, return voicemails, and assist with front desk responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Participate in community events and studio marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with teammates to provide seamless client care.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for energetic professionals who enjoy working one-on-one with people and are passionate about health and wellness.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in:
- Exercise Science
- Kinesiology
- Exercise Physiology
- Athletic Training
- Or another related field
- Massage Therapy license/certification or similar background is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Comfortable educating clients and recommending memberships that support their goals.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life.
