Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our dedicated surgical team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in perioperative nursing, including outpatient OR procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons, anesthesia providers, and Surgical Technicians during procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with infection control standards
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery
- Accurately document nursing care and patient outcomes in the EMR system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications:
- Current PA RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience preferred
- BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
