The CNC Grinder Operator position is responsible for ID/OD grinding with Manual and CNC equipment, and surface grinding and lapping.
Education and Experience
- Prior experience working with manual or CNC grinding and lapping equipment.
- Prior experience working with machine metal products and familiar with the measurements and tolerances involved.
- Must be familiar with and able to interpret basic GD&T measurements, tolerancing and symbology.
Core Contributing Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities to the Organization
- Setup and operate grinding and lapping equipment following instruction on routings or paperwork.
- Read and interpret shop drawings.
- Perform in-process inspection to ensure consistency and accuracy of operational process.
- Work with engineering to improve or correct issues as they happen.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
