Position Details
- Job Type: Part-time
- Hours: 15–20 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible availability preferred. Hours will typically range between 11 AM - 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items according to recipes and quality standards
- Measure, mix, prepare, and portion ingredients accurately
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality
- Assist with daily bakery production and keep products stocked as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with our bakery team to meet daily production needs
Requirements
- Prior baking or commercial kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift ingredients, trays, and baking equipment as needed
