Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and laser treatments with precision and care
- Perform specialized cosmetic procedures such as lip blush, tattooing, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and permanent makeup to enhance natural features
- Ensure all procedures adhere to tattoo and piercing safety regulations, infection control protocols, and sanitation standards to guarantee client safety
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments tailored to their individual needs
- Maintain accurate medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and document client progress thoroughly
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in esthetic laser treatments, makeup application techniques, and color theory to deliver innovative solutions
Skills
- Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion, skin rejuvenation, and laser therapy
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build trust with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in using EMR systems for managing medical records and client information efficiently
- Knowledge of cosmetology principles combined with an understanding of anatomy and color theory for optimal aesthetic results
