About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and professional Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help make patient care more efficient and pleasant by supporting the dentist with both clinical and administrative tasks. You will ensure excellent patient experiences, maintain a clean and organized environment, and follow all safety and office regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for treatments and checkups, ensuring comfort at all times
- Select, arrange, and prepare necessary instruments, equipment, and materials
- Sterilize instruments in compliance with regulations
- Perform assigned lab tasks as directed by the dentist
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked dental operatory
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
- Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization techniques, and infection control
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, well-organized, and dependable
- Education: High school diploma required; graduation from a dental assisting program required
- Certification/Training: Additional certifications (e.g., radiography, CPR) are a plus
