We're growing and looking for a motivated Kitchen & Bath Sales Consultant who loves working with people, building relationships, and helping customers make confident decisions.
No cabinetry experience? That's okay. If you have a strong sales background and enjoy learning, we'll teach you the design side.
Position Overview
As a Kitchen & Bath Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of the biggest investments in their home. You'll discover their goals, educate them on available options, create solutions with our design software, and confidently ask for the sale.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative sales and wants to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers in our showroom
- Build relationships and create an outstanding customer experience
- Understand customer needs, budgets, and project goals
- Present cabinetry solutions that fit their style and investment
- Create kitchen and bath layouts using our design software (training provided and internal design teams available)
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Ask for the sale and guide customers through the purchasing process
- Coordinate with our operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Generate referrals and build relationships within the local community
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (retail, home improvement, real estate, furniture, flooring, remodeling, automotive, medical sales, etc.)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident asking for business and closing sales
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Organized with excellent follow-up skills
- Comfortable learning technology and design software
- Passion for home improvement and interior design is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consultative sales
- CRM experience
- Experience managing customer relationships
- Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
