We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Title Transfer Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle title transfers, registrations, and related DMV paperwork while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Texas regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle title transfers and registrations
- Review title documents for accuracy and completeness
- Handle title corrections and resolve title issues
- Communicate with customers regarding title requirements
- Maintain organized records and files
- Assist with general office duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous title transfer experience preferred
- Knowledge of Texas DMV procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Bilingual ( English/Spanish) is a plus
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
