We're a health and wellness products distributor selling on Amazon and other major online marketplaces. We're looking for a dependable part-time warehouse associate to handle inventory management and pack up outgoing customer orders.
This is a low-labor, low-stress role. There's no heavy lifting, no equipment to operate, and no physically demanding work. The job is essentially organizing product, keeping accurate counts, and boxing up orders so they go out on time. If you're detail-oriented and reliable, you'll do well here.
Why This Job Works for Most Schedules
We're genuinely flexible on hours. We need someone on-site roughly 3–4 hours a day, 3–4 days a week, and when those hours happen is up to you. Mornings, afternoons, whatever fits your life. Same goes for which days of the week besides weekends.
We care about one thing: orders go out on time. As long as that's happening, the schedule is yours to shape. This makes the role a good fit for students, parents, retirees, or anyone looking for steady part-time work alongside another commitment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to Amazon and other marketplaces
- Apply shipping labels and confirm the correct items and quantities go into each order
- Stage completed orders for daily carrier pickup or drop-off
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and flag discrepancies
- Count, organize, and shelve inventory so product is easy to locate
- Perform routine cycle counts and keep inventory records accurate and up to date
- Prepare and label bulk shipments going into fulfillment centers
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked with packing supplies
- Communicate low stock, damaged product, or shipping issues to the owner
- Follow product handling and labeling procedures consistently
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual — if you commit to a day, you show up
- Detail-oriented; accuracy matters more than speed in this role
- Comfortable working independently once trained
- Basic comfort with a computer or tablet for entering inventory counts and printing labels
- Able to lift and move standard boxes (roughly 20–30 lbs) occasionally
- No prior warehouse or e-commerce experience required — we'll teach you everything
Training
You'll be trained on-site over 1–2 days, and that training is paid. We'll walk you through our packing standards, labeling process, and inventory system step by step. Once you're comfortable running orders on your own, you'll move into the regular part-time schedule.
