Guitar Teacher Position
McCormick Music Laguna Hills (New Location Now Open)
Are you ready to share your passion for guitar and help shape a brand-new music community in Laguna Hills? We’re opening a new location and looking for exceptional guitar teachers who care deeply about their craft and their students.
This role isn’t for everyone. If you’re not prepared to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons and truly invest in your students’ progress, this won’t be the right fit. We’re building something special and are looking for teachers who take pride in excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- You should have taught at least 50 students one-on-one
- Strong fundamentals, clear communication, and structured lesson flow are a must
Personality
- Fun, engaging, and approachable
- Able to connect with students of all ages
- Students should leave lessons motivated, confident, and excited to practice
Bonus Skills
- Ability to teach additional instruments is a big plus
- Band coaching, songwriting, or performance experience is highly valued
