At Serenity, we built this practice around a specific belief: that good clinical care should be available to everyone, not just those who can easily navigate the system. Our clients include veterans seeking disability evaluations, immigrant families in transition, and communities that have historically been underserved. We need clinicians who find that meaningful.
What you will do:
- Provide individual and group therapy across a diverse population
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with co-founders Dr. Hien Dang Hoang and Dr. Thalia Kirimlis, both licensed psychologists
- Participate in peer consultation and professional development
What we offer:
- Manageable caseloads
- Compensation: competitive, percentage of gross, commensurate with experience
- Hybrid flexibility: in-person at our Bethesda and Germantown offices, plus telehealth
- Full administrative support so you can focus on clinical work, not paperwork
- Structured supervision, seminars, diactic trainings, and continuing education.
- Leadership that is accessible, present, and genuinely invested in your growth
- A team that reflects the communities we serve multilingual, multicultural, and mission-driven
- Health Insurance, Paid time off, 401k Benefits
What we are looking for:
- Active LCSW-C licensure in Maryland
- Genuine interest in serving diverse and underserved populations
- Bilingual clinicians encouraged to apply
- Part-time, full-time, contractors
