Closing Team Member Job Description
The goal of this position is to execute closing processes at the end of the day. This includes cleaning dishes, machines, and floors at the end of the night.
An ideal candidate for this role should be someone who is able to work independently and possesses an eye for detail. Members of the Closing Team arrive one hour before the closing of the restaurant and stay until the restaurant is properly cleaned and able to close.

Essential Functions:

Availability to work a second or third shift: 8pm-12am

Ability to move from task to task quickly

Ability to thoroughly clean the restaurant

Ability to learn the systems surrounding the cleaning and maintenance of the fryers, refrigeration equipment, and breading table

Consistency in the ability to guarantee a clean and safe environment for the opening team

Compensation: $16.50-17.50/ hour 3-5 shifts per week.
Potential for cross-training into kitchen duties.
