About us
We're hiring for our partner clinic — a boutique, well-loved urology and sexual health practice in the West Hollywood / Los Angeles area, caring for both men and women with discreet, high-touch care and some of the most advanced non-invasive treatments in sexual wellness. This role centers on the practice's men's sexual-health treatments, so much of the patient interaction is with men — including many LGBTQ+ patients — around personal and sensitive concerns, where warmth, comfort, and discretion matter enormously. They're growing fast, and we're looking for a Treatment Coordinator who's part concierge, part consultant: the warm, trusted person who helps patients understand their options, feel comfortable, and confidently move forward with treatments that can genuinely improve their quality of life.
What you'll do
You'll be the friendly, familiar face patients connect with after they meet with the doctor — the person who helps them go from "I'm interested" to "let's do it." On any given day, you might:
- Sit down with patients to walk through their recommended treatment plan, answer questions, and help them feel confident and cared for (never pressured).
- Talk through pricing, packages, and financing options — making great care feel accessible.
- Help patients get scheduled before they walk out the door, and follow up warmly with those who need a little more time.
- Greet patients at their appointments and keep them excited about their results across a multi-session treatment series.
- Get creative with monthly specials and email promotions to the practice's existing patients.
- Keep an eye on your wins — you'll see the direct impact of your work on the practice and its patients.
You'll thrive here if you...
- Have experience in medical aesthetics, a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic, or another patient-facing clinical setting where you talked with patients or clients about treatments or procedures.
- Pair that with a real gift for consultative sales — you know how to guide someone to a confident "yes" while making them feel cared for, never pressured.
- Can speak about clinical treatments credibly and comfortably, explaining them in a way patients easily understand.
- Are warm, polished, and discreet — and genuinely at ease discussing sensitive sexual-health and men's-health topics.
- Build trust easily with patients around personal and sensitive health topics — in this role, mostly with men, including LGBTQ+ patients.
- Get energized by goals (and maybe a little friendly competition).
- Bonus points for experience with patient financing, aesthetic devices or injectables, or email marketing.

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
