We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fourth Grade Classroom Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning styles and needs
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management and classroom organization strategies
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly using formative and summative assessments, including standardized testing and performance data analysis
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and educational technology integration to enhance learning experiences
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and developmental milestones through regular updates and parent-teacher conferences
- Incorporate literacy, math, science, social studies, and other core subjects into daily lessons using innovative teaching methods
- Support students with special needs or those requiring early intervention by adapting instructional approaches and working closely with specialists
Requirements
- Proven classroom experience in elementary school teaching, preferably with fourth-grade students or similar age groups
- Strong knowledge of childhood development, learning styles adaptability, and behavior management techniques
- Experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and administrative staff
- Familiarity with curriculum implementation, educational technology tools, and learning technology platforms
- Ability to analyze student performance data to inform instruction and support continuous improvement
- Demonstrated understanding of educational compliance regulations and standardized testing procedures
- Passion for teaching young children, along with strong writing skills for lesson planning and documentation

Pay: $44,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
